Tolga brings over 15 years of industry experience in strategic management and product strategy. His career has focused on building business structure and driving growth for international, multi-site companies. As an engineer, he has managed cross-functional teams and delivered complex projects across multiple markets.

As Managing Partner, Tolga leads strategic finance and operations projects. He oversees system design and performance optimization, ensuring that every solution supports the firm's mission: building data-driven, scalable financial environments that give business leaders the clarity and control they need.

His background in engineering (BSc) and management (MSc) enables him to combine analytical rigor with strategic execution. He uses AI and data to align financial systems with business needs, ensuring technology serves strategy not the other way around.
